In a stupid moment of curiosity, I decided to see if I could eat a massive bowl of mass-gainer oatmeal… I went upstairs and just started mixing a bunch of oatmeal, protein, peanut butter, milk, and cocoa powder together, and I ended up with with this gallon-sized bowl full of 7,500 calories…
I ate and ate, and pretty soon I had devoured the entire thing. My stomach was so heavy, I couldn’t stand up properly. I could hardly move. I spent the next four hours tossing and turning and groaning, laying down then sitting up trying to get comfortable… I fell asleep and woke up at an unknown hour craving water, to which I chugged a liter and fell back asleep. The next day, I could hardly move or think from how full and heavy I still felt. I gained 7 lbs in one day. Lol
Absolutely insane how different I am with 40 more pounds! (A few pounds were from a 3k cal breakfast, which I had just finished before taking these pics. Lol)
This year, now that I’m in the gym 5 days a week with a personal trainer, I’m 160 lbs but planning to see another 40 lbs by the end of 2026…
I’d love to see the scale say 200 lbs… With my high testosterone results and my health being back to what it was in high school, I’m more motivated than ever, and ready to see results!
Gym by day, hungry by night…

So what is your goal? More bulk - muscle or just more bulk?
My goal is to build muscle, but also to enjoy the bulk along the way. I don’t think I’ll ever be more than 200 lbs, but I think 180+ is a good place to be with both muscle and “bulk”… That’s a few years away if I can stay consistent.
I’m always gonna be stuffing my gut tho, that’s the fun part. Lol

Felt like drinking 4L of water. Took me an hour, but the result was worth it 😌 Lol. Enjoy my lazy afternoon; I got sooo cold from drinking that water and had to wear my coat, haha.
I’m at a crossroad. I think I might actually continue my bulk, but just with an emphasis on muscle mass. I really really want to gain 40 lbs, but I just don’t think I’m looking good with more fat on me. So, maybe I’ll gain 40 lbs slowly? Maybe over a year? I’ve already been counting my calories everyday so far, so, it could be fun!
I also suppose that that’s the qualm of any gainer, so I’m not really different for feeling that way. “To gain or not to gain” has been the question for many who have delved into this community. Realistically, I’m not sure it’ll ever happen, but I should probably just take this all one day at a time. I might gain 40 lbs, I might not! Who knows! 😁
