Learning Business...
The tag line of my Tumblr site is "Learning about business one step at a time" because I officially started my entrepreneur journey as of February 1, 2021. For the past month and a half, I have been slogging through figuring out how to make a buck without going back on the hamster wheel of a regular job.
I am not knocking a 9 to 5 at all. It is the best thing for 90-95% of the population. It's just not what I want to do... so... how do I get from employee to GAINFULLY self-employed to business owner and then beyond?
THAT, dear readers, is what this blog is going to be about. It is going to be the documentation of my journey that I hope will help other people who are thinking of jumping out of the relative calm of the "rat race" and into the raging rapid river that is being an entrepreneur.
I am working on actual blog posts. I will look at the main steps involved in leaving the employee status behind. I will go over the questions one needs to ask oneself prior to quitting the day job (or even starting a side-hustle). I also will be detailing the A to Z of the entrepreneur mindset.
