ace bandages are meant to cut off circulation to the injury, which in turn can cut off your circulation and your breathing. they can also damage your spine, ribs, lungs, and muscles. so binding with them is a huge no.

binders are built to make your chest flat without causing as much injury, which is why they are the safer option. here are some resources on binding, and places to order binders online. any of the italicized links means they are also involved in helping other trans people:
