I got myself some extra sun protection for my summer walks

I have been slacking on posting but here is an update on my week. I have been consistently hitting 10k-20k steps daily and eating healthier.

Unexpected rainbow while watering my flowers

I fell back into bad habits yesterday and ordered doordash and couch potatoed all day. However, I am back at it with 11k steps this morning. The harsh sun won't stop me!

I did not feel like it this morning but I powered through and did my couch to 5k workout. I did not feel like it tonight but I did my evening walk and reached my 15k steps goal for today.

I moved the hummingbird feeder today in hopes of attracting more hummingbirds.

My new fitness habit: start every morning with a long walk.
