#I work 5 days a week and my coworker (who I don’t actually work alongside) works the other 2 days #before this person was there those 2 days it was other people covering for me & there were no issues #but this person has asked me every. single week if i can swap shifts or take their shift on the days I’m supposed to be off #which is ok tbf but the issue is #they ask the morning of EVERY. TIME #this morning it was 3am when they texted which is the most time they’ve given me in advance #AND mondays are my unavailable day. for a reason #i have therapy and i try to schedule any appontments so that they dont interfere with my week #like today #when i have a doctors appointment #and they can SEE ON THE SCHEDULE !! THAT I’m UNAVAILABLE #I don’t know their life because i never actually get to work with them/talk to them #so they could have another job/school ?#but they say theyre feeling sick every time #so i dont knowwwww
