went to the strand to find bathroom and came across the gorman shop #yes

but didn’t have my shoes that i saw last night so

went to the other gorman store and convinced myself to buy it #yes

to city library to retun and borrow more readings

fossil didn’t have the wallet I needed so

off to shoppo to pick up disposable camera shots and oh hey i have a $10 voucher so maybe i can use it so buy polaroids instead of a wallet and yes it worked #yes

half the disposables are a lil awful but hey, they have character

grabbed another coffee, worked on HK video while chatting to Jasmine #2 - she’s a lot more open and less studious (in a good way) than I had previously thought

viv gifted a slice of pear/caramel cake that she made - so good. And she also saved me from walking all the way to Notting Hill to collect my reflective essay

need to work on reflective writing - it’s so wishy-washy and vague and subjective and difficult to form into words

watched Avengers with Julz - I appreciate how she still makes me laugh til my abs hurt 

wearing my $75 country road jumper well - have gotten at least 4 compliments on it since I bought it on Saturday. Thinking of doing the Project 333 where you limit your wardrobe to 33 pieces of clothing - helping to eliminate the pressure and stress of choosing something to wear each morning, with a focus on simplicity, mindfulness and quality

I look at their faces knowing that the Indonesian government wants them dead, with coffins and crosses in the waiting. How do the guards of the firing squad feel? Do they know the prisoners’ names? Do they know their stories?

Life is so fragile. Being able to see, to feel, to touch, to hear - abilities of the human body made possible by cells and a heart and atoms grown from a DNA from other humans that has blossomed into a creative, emotional soul.
