Today I walk with Parham Hajzavar, one of the latest PM interns to come through Adventure Corp. Although he's trained in CS he's found his calling in product management, a pivot that isn't easy! We dive into the beauty of unique backgrounds in a role, what the transition has looked like, and what he's learned so far. We then touch on how important it is to have a safe space to experiment, learn, explore, fail, succeed. Parham discusses how community-based knowledge sharing is a movement & how he's contributing to the future he wants to see. Lastly we listen to his lifelong power song Nothing Else Matters by Metallica & discuss what it means to him.
