Thought Of The Day // Creativity
I stumbled across an article the other day discussing creativity and thought I'd share some of what I learned from it. Creativity goes far beyond just being a good artist. In fact, you don't even have to be an artist at all to be creative. Give me a pencil and paper, and I can't draw something decent to save my life. However, if you give me a set of layers, different lines, font faces, etc., I can probably cook up a pretty badass logo or design. Being creative is not just about being artistic. For me, being creative is opening my mind and being a good problem-solver when arranging lines and layers in Photoshop or whatever program. You can be creative at anything you do. There are no limits. So whatever it is you do, just remember, never be afraid to explore your creative boundaries. Posted By: Dakota
