Here, money holds no value. Instead, people trade stories, memories, and survival knowledge.

This time I’m bringing you something completely different: an apocalypse-era bar, built from scrap metal, abandoned trailers, rusted domes, and whatever survivors could salvage from the wasteland.

This build sits on the edge of a polluted waterfront, where neon signs flicker through the haze and wanderers come to trade stories, supplies… and stolen electricity. Inside the compound, you’ll find:

The house is placed in post-apocalypse time, eco-friendly, designed for researchers/ scientists. It has 2 bunk beds and one sofa bed, can accommodate up to 5 sims. There is place for doing researches, kitchen, bathroom on the GF; bedroom and living room together on 1F; a telescope on the top floor. In addition, I add one small eco-garden at the side of the house so sims can plant by themselves. As you might know at this time, food and water are more important than anything. Yellow Duck BBQ Restaurant & Bar 

Hi simmers, this time I build something cute and fun, so here’s the Yellow Duck Restaurant. The duckie is already very familiar in our real life, it’s always cute and we had a lot of fun time playing with it in our childhood. 

The restaurant is Asian – Japanese street style, small but cozy with the terrace areas. With the signature duckie design, everybody will remember your restaurant. :)

This time I build a house for a musician - a pianist. I myself also play music instrument so I always dream about a house that can give me inspiration to write and play songs. This tiny house features all the modern facilities for 2 persons, yet it is still close to nature with scenic view of the lake and plants and the most special feature is the functional piano on the water!!! Sul sul simmers! I turn the Old Penelope at Strangerville into the underground city. If you have played Fallout game series before, yes it is based on this idea. The build is an ideal place for who is seeking for a hide out for night life party or turns it to a secret underground community. Please note this video is only the outer part, I did build a bar and night club, the rest of the place you can design your own place basing on your creativity. I use most items from Star War and Strangerville packs. I hope you enjoy the build and have fun!

Sul sul simmers! I’m kinda like to build something mysterious and abnormal out from the normal family houses. After I watched the movie The Hell Boy, I was impressed by Baba Yaga’s chicken leg hut so I decide to turn it into Sims version. I believe many of you also know about Baba Yaga and her fairy tale story. I also think many simmers want to have houses for their witch sims too. I tried to make a NO CC version so I used a frame in Star Wars pack (it looks like a leg: D) to make the chicken legs instead of using CC item. The house I stick with dark color and wooden materials. Please prepare pack of Paranormal, Star Wars, Jungle Adventure and Realm of Magic if you want to make the build similar to mine. The build is the perfect retreat for rest, relaxation and reconnection surrounded by nature.
