My face when someone doesn't understand why I choose cannabis over prescriptions

My time using cannabis has been long; from unknowingly self medicating all the way to today where I have a firm system in place for how I utilize cannabis to manage my symptoms.

Stigma and intolerance to how I choose to treat my own medical issues are something Im no stranger to, but that doesn't make it any less annoying having to hear flack from others on what works for my life.

I constantly fight to remind myself though; it's just that my life.

The pain I smoke for is something I have to live through, the anxiety I smoke for is something I have to live through, the depression I smoke for is something I have to live through, the voices constantly running full blast that I smoke to sooth is something I have to live through, the chronic migraines that I smoke for is something I have to live through.

All of my reasons for smoking are just that- MY reason for smoking. It is what I know will help, it is what I know will work, it is what I have found to help ME the most out of everything and at the end of the day if it helps me then that is what is important to me.
