It seems that leaking one's manifesto is very much the fashion just now. So here's one I wrote last week. It concluded a brainstorm of what we love v hate in business language (a session on my Dark Angels course). Of course the idiot facilitator (me) spelt reader wrong. But hey ho. If you're wondering, it's also a (wo)manifesto. The principles apply across genders!
