In promotion of the soundtrack for and karoke box implementation of the dorm/character songs, Twst shared a comment from Epel's VA Tsuchiya Simba:
>> Memories from Recording
I remember tackling head-on the uniquely rewarding challenge of a 'character song:' maintaining Epel's identity through singing. The production team of "Disney Twisted Wonderland" was so passionate and had such deep love for the project, and the recording studio was a very comfortable environment.
>> What should fans pay attention to in the songs you participated in?
For the dorm song, there are sections where I am in charge of the harmonies, so I would be very happy if fans could listen carefully and pay special attention to the harmony as well.
>> Which song would you like to sing at karaoke?
I would like to someday sing "Shiitenpen" (恣意天変) with a commanding presence (laughs).
>> A message for the fans, please.
To all the Prefects: As the voice actor for Epel Felmier I tried to pour as much of the multifaceted nature of a poison apple into his singing voice as I possibly could. There is nothing that would make me happier than if you were able to enjoy and savor it. Please continue to support Pomefiore Dorm and "Disney Twisted Wonderland" going forward. Pom pom!*
*Saying "Pom pom" (with accompanying hand gesture) is something that Epel's voice actor created during a video tour of the Twisted Wonderland Exhibition. The original video seems to have disappeared from YouTube, but the three VA explain it in Episode #25 of Twst Radio station (here) where Deuce's VA is confused by the hand gesture ("This is radio though?") and Vil's and Rook's VAs join in, as they also did at Twst Fes 2023.
(Note: it is written as "pom bom" in the graphic provided but "pom pom" for the radio show and by Tsuchiya in a follow-up tweet, which has been retained in this translation.)
