50 people dead and other 53 injured in Orlando because of their sexual orientation.
We keep dying on a screen. That’s how much they hate us. They murder us in places where we feel safe. They are keeping the friends of the injured from donating blood because they are gay. They tell trans people to pee in the bushes. They tell young suicidal people -who see themselves die every other week on a screen- to calm down. They are killing us and they want to scare us because we want to hold our hands in public, an then, they ask us why we need Gay Pride. When pride is an act of bravery just because we let ourselves be seen out in the open. We put ourselves in danger.
How horrible is it, that the only way to call this an act of “terrorism” is finding out if the perpetrator was a Muslim? If he had been Catholic, he would have been portrayed as a mere armed fool in a psychotic break. If some unstable guy would have sworn loyalty to the Bible -which has happened on countless occasions – no one would have declared war against de Vatican.
Every pastor that preaches hate, every father and mother that teaches their children that being gay or trans is a bad thing, is responsible for this massacre. Every single one of them.
