Hmm not so easy to answer this one. Gaining is for everyone personal I think. You have to listen to your body and increase with time your daily calorie intake. Your body needs to get used to the fact that you eat more and more. After some time you will get some stretchmarks, but it depends from body to body aswell 😊

Thank you ☺️ it depends from the situation. I like to show off my fat body, but not all the time. When I go swimming, I’m very proud to show how fat I am. But when I do groceries usely not, it’s still something that not everyone wants to see 😊 but the fatter I get, the less I can hide it and just embracing it I am a fat pig 🐷

I’m still pretty active. I have a house and garden to take care off, but it’s getting harder 😅 luckily my bedroom is on the main floor, so I don’t need to do a lot of stairs 🙃 most of the issues I have is sweating when I do something, but that’s the only thing (for now 😅)
