Afterward, individuals would use communal showers to rinse off. Otherwise, hip-tubs were for hot or cold plunge pools to rinse off. However, public bathhouses were often built beside gymnasiums. People often washed off in basins. Then they would swim for exercise and splash together in large, circular, communal pools with others before cleaning off the sweat next door at the bathhouse.

There's a massive garden in the backyard of a white manor. It has white stone water fountains and trees surrounding the area. With the water features, many frogs and toads make this place their home. On the edge of the property, is a large turquoise greenhouse. It's filled with flowerpots and flowerbeds of matching colored blooms.

Description: Treasure Merfolk don't have a bonded animal. As such, these creatures have very basic tails and fins, which don't match any fish or other marine life. Based on their name, they're obsessed with finding treasure. These merpeople spend a lot of time around sunken ships, searching for chests of gold and jewels. They then collect said treasure and melt it down to decorate their tails. Treasure merfolk are capable of doing this by using their special ability to heat up their bodies. Due to this, these beings tend to have golden fins with bejeweled scales. These merfolks' flamboyance is a form of aposematism. They warn predators to stay away, while flashing brightly to attract and disorient prey.

Description: Female mermaids tend to have the bell of a jellyfish around their hips, resembling a puffy skirt. Males have the bell atop their heads with the tentacles falling around at them. This resembles an Ichimegasa, a type of Japanese kasa hat. Depending on the type of jellyfish a jellyfish merfolk is, their bodies may be translucent from the waist down instead of solid, like a Crystal Jellyfish Mermaid. Since jellyfish don't exactly have personalities, jellyfish merpeople tend to develop their own unique personalities. However, they all share quiet and solitary behavior. Jellyfish merfolk also tend to stay with their own kind, bonded animal, and other blooms of jellyfish.

The Sea Shell Motel is located in America. Specifically, the coastal village of Misquamicut in Westerly, Rhode Island. It's positioned steps from the Atlantic Ocean as it's two-hundred yards from the beautiful Misquamicut State Beach. The motel also has a waterfront yard on Winnapaug Pond, which contains saltwater. By the water is a dock for paddle boat and canoe use. This pet friendly place even comes with wifi, an outdoor jacuzzi, picnic tables, a gas grill, and a sand box for the kids!

Coral reefs are bustling underwater ecosystems built by tiny marine animals called polyps. Often called the "rainforests of the sea," they cover less than one percent of the ocean floor, but support over twenty-five percent of all marine life. These reefs provide vital food, coastal protection, and economic resources to billions of humans. This specifically features a Fringing Reef, which grows directly along shorelines. Aside from this, there are two other types of reefs. Barrier Reefs are separated from the land by a deep lagoon. Finally, Atolls are circular reefs formed around sunken volcanoes.

Coconut Girl is a sub category to the Coquette Aesthetic. It centers around the Nymphet Aesthetic interpretation of tropical beaches typically associated with the Florida Keys, Hawaii, and Caribbean islands. This created atmosphere expresses the femininity and youth associated with vacationing during the summertime. Although the art style started in the Nymphet community, it later gained more mainstream appeal and was connected to other beach-related aesthetics such as surf culture. Because of this, visuals may differ and is connected to the practice of mass-tagging.

A little beachfront inn is ideal for a perfect sea view. It also allows great access for docks to rent a boat. This way, one can go on a whale watching tour to see the majestic creatures or other sea life, such as dolphins. Otherwise, people can relax on the beach or indulge in other water activities like scuba diving.

Description: An iridescent, or a holographic betta, is a type of Betta Fish with shimmering fins and scales. As such, their bonded merpeople are also known for having visually shiny tails under certain environmental conditions of color and light. Like Betta Fish, these merfolk tend to have a ray of personalities and color variations. However, they're all highly aggressive and hyper territorial creatures. This is especially the case when seeing another betta fish, often fighting to the death.

A Triton, or a group of Triton Mermen, are male merfolk who wield a three-pronged spear called a Tridant. These creatures are warriors of their kin. A Triton's job is to monitor, protect, and defend their underwater clans. However, some will use their tridants for fishing on their downtime. Although males are more common in this profession, females can be accepted if they're strong enough. Mermaid warriors are called a Tritoness.

A summer palace wouldn't be fit for the hottest season of the year if it warn't located on a beach. There are some stone staircases with decorative posts leading down to the shorelines or the saltwater directly. Ancient greek architectural zebos and pillars can even be found sitting in the ocean, similar to bathing temples. There's a constant ambiance of waves crushing on the shore and seagulls squawking in the sky with an oceanic view.

Description: This creature is a Kissing Gourami Mermaid named Angel. Specifically, she's the Princess of these fish-based merfolk. As such, Angel has a light pink fin color variant of a kissing gourami. Like most of her kind, she has the personality of their bonded animal. The royal is active, curious, and moderately territorial. Kissing gourami fish and merpeople often do tests of dominance and endurance. While the fish "kiss," or lock lips to fight, their merfolk counterparts push against each other in matches. The sparring behavior helps them establish a social hierarchy without causing serious harm to one another.

In the classic fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood is tasked with carrying a basket full of goodies to her sick Grandmother. It usually contains cake, or bread, and butter, or wine. Some versions vary. They'll feature items like cookies, berries, fruits, or a packed lunch to help her relative feel better.
