Gibbi Point Primary | lot download (CC + CC Free Version)

A couple of months ago I put out an ask looking for an middle school to use in Gibbi Point and @yibssims offered to make one! I was thrilled to say the least. I've had a great time adding things here and there since early April (I am SLOW!) and making a version that includes some CC. The lot was designed to be used with Zerbu's Go to School mod but it can alternatively, be set as a Small Business or a Custom Getaway lot. Decorated for middle school aged sims (or Years 7–9) in mind. The playground area was heavily inspired by @/castawavy's primary school build that you can check out here.

The Gilded Earth & Omiscan Libre | lot download (cc included)

You're invited to the GRAND OPENING of the Gilded Earth, a small pottery studio located on the Whiskerman's Wharf in Brindleton Bay. Next store, you can find the Omiscan Libre, an upscale juicery full of vibrant colors and traditional tunes. Whether you want to get your hands dirty throwing some clay or sip on some scrumptious liquids, this lot has got you covered. I designed the apartment for Brant Hecking's mom, Isabelle Hecking. She lives above the studio with her 3 cats, Tanner, Daisy and Emma Lou. She can be spotted around town with clay under her nails, day dreaming about one of the many creative projects she has yet to finish.
