Gibbi Point Primary | lot download (CC + CC Free Version)

A couple of months ago I put out an ask looking for an middle school to use in Gibbi Point and @yibssims offered to make one! I was thrilled to say the least. I've had a great time adding things here and there since early April (I am SLOW!) and making a version that includes some CC. The lot was designed to be used with Zerbu's Go to School mod but it can alternatively, be set as a Small Business or a Custom Getaway lot. Decorated for middle school aged sims (or Years 7–9) in mind. The playground area was heavily inspired by @/castawavy's primary school build that you can check out here.

She lives above the studio with her 3 cats, Tanner, Daisy and Emma Lou. She can be spotted around town with clay under her nails, day dreaming about one of the many creative projects she has yet to finish.
