If life had a rewind button, I would replay every moment you smiled at me; Just to remember what your face looked like when you were out of your comfort zone. To watch how your hands fought their way out of reaching for me; as you saw me falling. I think...that might be one of the many causes of the turbulance that was responsible for the fall of our.... What was this again? Ah yes.... Excuse me. Friendship. ....thats another thing I'm curious to learn about you. How many of your other female friends learned the rhythm in which your tongue moves, or are familiar with the way you like your lips bitten? I'm guessing....not a lot of them. So, on the thin line of infatuation & friendship....where do I fall? Because listen....I can't limbo to save my damn life & no way in hell will I put my heart through that. My heart. Yes, that cavity hidden behind my rib cage that jumps out of my shirt sleeve whenever you'd hug me & we'd do our greeting ritual... The one that would have us smiling like idiots...leaving everyone around us clueless. There's nobody else I'd rather share these memories with; the heart wants what it wants... And mine, wanted us. Yours.....I'm still trying to figure that one out. Where does your mind fall in all of this? I mean, was it present when you kissed me or was that just in the heat of the moment?
