I'm Batman, Always.

To anyone that noticed my inactivity on this website, I'm back! (in general in social media)

During the summer break I wanted to take a hiatus from social media (except tik tok lol) and I've never felt so ready to come back to another year of teaching elementary music

During the summer, I found myself contemplating my life decisions, my mindset, and just me in general. I felt like I was working with minimal effort in all areas of my life and I want to be more.

I want to be a better teacher, spouse, daughter, sister, coach, and person all around.

Not that going to church automatically makes you a good person because wtf it doesn't, but someone how it makes me feel grounded.

I've accepted a coaching position for the middle school basketball girls, hoping it leads me to high school I've also begun putting my name out to the high schools again because once again I have the itch to be a high school band director.

My mom is cancer free. We've made it through all the chemo, surgery, radiation, and hormone therapy.

My relationship seems like its getting better.... but the unknown still lingers on some days...

I've made more connections and friendships at work.

I see my friends at least once a month

I've been going to the gym

I've been riding my motorcycle

and now I've started a new adventure of posting on my tik tok regularly with my hobbies of cards and video games and my lifestyle.

I feel like the last half of this year is meant to revamp who I want to be.

I feel like I'm finally settling into my skin, into my sense of being..

Oh well, cheers to the last quarter of this year.

I don't deserve the person I'm with... and she certainly deserves better.

Every time I think I'm becoming at par for her I fall short.

But god dammit do I want her, a life with her, a family with her.

I'd give up everything and anything just for that chance, but I don't deserve that chance.

I don't want to give her up but I'm not trying to run her down..
