So I got 7 inches of hair cut off, my new job is great and life is going pretty well overall. It's unbelievable how much has changed in the last few years, even the last few months.

Oh no you're fine, it's a confusing and weird subject. I was in your exact position before trying to figure out what to do and just asked random people and looked stuff up. A lot of it is mentally just working up the courage to do it but knowing what you can do to feel girly without being exactly where you want is a life saver in a quite literal sense in some cases. I think depending on your situation easing into it could be a good start. It's always pretty scary so you're not alone. You can always wear like girls jeans, girls but more kinda androgynous shoes, light makeup, longer hair, shaving your legs (this is the biggest I think tbh it's the best) or just wearing some kinda girls clothes under your guy clothes and working from there. I personally did girls jeans, underwear, shaving and near the end light makeup and then just slowly worked up from there and it made things a lot easier

I mean in general just stay strong, and don't let anyone, including yourself, talk you out of transitioning. You're 100% capable of it and it's not some unattainable goal like it might seem. I have tons of advice to give tbh but I'd need to be prompted with specific subjects or I'd end up posting a short book

That's a good thing as much as I can tell. You kinda want to feel your voice coming from like the back of your throat where as your deeper voice would feel like it's from your chest or lower throat. It doesn't necessarily mean your voice is good to go but it's a good sign for sure. Once you get your "head voice" without sounding like you're in your falsetto that's honestly one of the hardest parts.

I played so much Pokemon Go the last two days so I wore my fancy Japanese Cherrim t-shirt today

I love my glasses a lot, I think they're really cute and honestly like how I look with them on more than not. Glasses are weird though bc you have to match the frames with your face so unless you already know you need to go into a store and try on a buncha stuff which is what I did. But I love my glasses a ton they're great.
