Had a great time in Florida during my very extended holiday vacation. Ate some great food, hung out with the family and partied with the homies. Then to come home to a insane helicopter ride. I’d say my year is off to a great start! Here’s to the positive vibes and great adventures of 2022! Tartar sauce out a jar or even worse out the dreaded packet(who even knows what that stuff is) can easily ruin great seafood. Making your own sauce is the way to go especially when it’s so easy and only takes a few simple ingredients. When it’s 80 degrees outside on Christmas Day BBQin is mandatory! Ribs, wings, kielbasa, steak, Mac n cheese, potato salad,corn and pickles. Blue cheese twice baked potato. w whipped bone marrow. Up until a few weeks ago I didn’t even know you could whip bone marrow. But it turns out you can and it’s really good. I baked russet potatoes at 400° for an 45 mins. Let them cool down a little then scooped the potato out into a bowl. Added whipped bone marrow, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Refilled the hollowed out potato skins and baked them again for about 20 mins. Topped them with danish blue cheese and baked until cheese melted. Fun times in Miami this weekend. Everyday was Halloween out there. I avoided south beach the entire trip cause I never travel around the rest of Miami. It turned out to be a good idea.
