On the August 9 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s variety program 'Mr. House Husband 2,' Minwoo revealed, “She is pregnant, we're expecting a baby,” confirming that his fiancée is currently expecting.

According to the program, his fiancée is a third-generation Korean-Japanese single mother who went through a previous marriage and divorce and is currently raising a daughter. Minwoo and his fiancée first met at a mutual friend’s gathering in 2013. Their last meeting was in 2018, after which they lost contact for years, before reconnecting and starting a romantic relationship. The couple later traveled to Yangyang, Gangwon Province, where they conceived their child. Minwoo shared that he gave the baby the prenatal nickname “Yangyang.”

The episode also showed Minwoo trying to persuade his parents to allow his fiancée and her daughter to live together with them. He opened up about having suffered severe financial hardship in the past due to fraud and said that he still does not have a steady income. He admitted, “I have many concerns about housing and education.” He continued, “But I believe it’s right to have the baby in Korea, for my parents’ sake as well. If my family approves, I want us all to live together.”

Minwoo debuted with Shinhwa in 1998, releasing numerous hit songs such as “Brand New” and “Perfect Man.” In addition to his career as a singer, he has been active as a painter, holding his first solo exhibition, 'Purism,' this June.

Last month, he announced his marriage plans on Instagram, writing, “After knowing each other for a long time and confirming our feelings, we have decided to become one family.”

Not too long after announcing his engagement, Shinhwa‘s Lee Minwoo showed off his soon-to-be wife for the first time. His fiancée, who has since been revealed to be a single mother now pregnant with his child, is now drawing widespread attention for her gorgeous visuals.

In a preview video for the upcoming episode of KBS‘s Mr. House Husband season 2, photos of the fiancée and Lee Minwoo posing with her and her 6-year-old daughter were featured.

On August 7, the preview for KBS 2TV’s variety show 'Mr. House Husband 2' featured Lee Minwoo, who revealed in a handwritten letter on July 25 that he was getting married, becoming the fourth Shinhwa member to tie the knot.

In the preview, Lee shyly shared, “I’m getting married now.” MC Eun Ji Won responded with excitement, saying, “Wow, I got goosebumps, Minwoo!” while co-host Kim Won Hee was visibly moved to tears. Lee went on to share his love story, revealing, “We first met in January 2013 at a gathering arranged by a mutual acquaintance. At that time, she was already expecting a baby.”

He added that his fiancée had been through a difficult time and that when they reconnected after a while, she had a daughter and had gone through a divorce. Along with the heartfelt confession, the preview showed the face of his fiancée and her 6-year-old daughter for the first time.

Photos of Lee spending time with his fiancée’s daughter, smiling warmly and enjoying activities together, hinted at the close, family-like bond they already share. “You already have a family, a big one!” Eun Ji Won remarked with genuine joy.

Lee’s fiancée is reportedly a third-generation Korean-Japanese, admired for her beauty reminiscent of model Shiho Yano and actress Lee Min Jung. Her bright smile, strikingly similar to Lee Minwoo’s, drew particular attention from fans.

According to industry insiders on August 6th KST, Lee Minwoo’s bride-to-be is a single mom raising a six-year-old daughter. Last month, Lee Minwoo personally shared the news of his upcoming marriage with fans. “There were times when I felt emotionally drained and wished I had a family of my own,” he confessed. “Now, I’ve decided to start a family with someone who has been a cherished presence in my life for a long time,” he added, speaking from the heart.

On April 14th, Na Hae Mi posted a photo to her personal social media account, showing newly installed car seats for her two children.

“We received car seats for both our first and second child as a gift,” she wrote. “I was amazed to see that the infant carrier could be directly attached to the stroller—it’s going to be so convenient when I’m out with our second. Our first is older now, so we switched him to a toddler seat. I feel both excited and reassured thinking about going out with both kids.”

She added, “Can’t believe I have two babies now,” reflecting on her growing family.

Na Hae Mi gave birth to their second son at a maternity clinic on March 19th. She and Eric married in 2017 after five years of dating. They welcomed their first son in 2023 and their second in 2025. Eric was the first member of Shinhwa to get married, followed by Jun Jin and Andy.

Eric debuted with Shinhwa in 1998 and gained popularity not only as a singer but also through hit dramas such as Another Miss Oh and Discovery of Love. Na Hae Mi began her acting career in 2001 with the film Address Unknown and rose to fame through the MBC sitcom Unstoppable High Kick.

The newly released photo offers a glimpse of Eric and Na Hye Mi’s first son. Though his face is not entirely visible, his undeniable charm still shines through.

Na Hye Mi and Eric tied the knot in 2017, and they currently have one son. She is also pregnant with their second child.

Na Hye Mi made her acting debut in the film ‘Address Unknown’ and gained popularity in 2006 through the MBC sitcom ‘High Kick!’, where she played a rival character to Park Min Young’s Kang Yu Mi.

She later starred in dramas such as ‘Love Is Song,’ ‘My Only One,’ ‘Save Me, Summer,’ ‘No Matter What,’ and the film ‘Hana Restaurant.’

Eric debuted in 1998 as the leader of Shinhwa, one of the longest-running first-generation idol groups, which has continued its activities without disbandment. The group released numerous hit songs, including ‘Perfect Man’ and ‘Brand New’.

Since 2003, Eric has also built a successful acting career, appearing in dramas such as ‘Firebird,’ ‘Super Rookie,’ ‘Invincible Parachute Agent,’ ‘Que Sera Sera,’ ‘Discovery of Love,’ and ‘Another Oh Hae Young.’
