But then? Then comes the final piece of the puzzle and breaks the entire flow of the trial with how sloppily put together it is.  Up until that point the trial trained you to use your common sense in conjunction with your creativity to try and figure out what exactly was the case, which held strongly.The last part ignores all that and goes for the fustratingly stupid path of "Oh, it was all because Komaeda has stupidly crazy luck! So that makes everything he wished for valid."

And that's where the trial lost me. That's where I started getting mad about being intrigued by it so much just to have it spit in my face. The next offense was the cause of this twist which was in the end only to serve as a shock factor for absolutely nothing. 

Nanami's Execution is pointless. There wasn't any good reason or viable one to have her killed at that point other than pure shock factor. She comes back to help Hinata during the final trial, she would've told them about her true nature after the trial were she to be alive, it was a stupid move and a shitty "reward" for outsmarting the trial which could've payed off in a better way.
