I met someone a few years ago in a consultation session. He got me learning something : Embrace the pain. If it hurts (even so bad). Let it be. If you want to cry, then cry. Shed the tears. Let them wash your wound. It hurts. We all know. We all have been there before. We all need to be there. It's because we need it to grow strong every day, every hour, every minute, every second, for the rest of our lives. Therefore, I believe in this painful moment that I "need this". I can get through this. I must. I have no choice, except growing stronger than ever.
