I have to write them out (probably next week unfortunately) but the crux of my verses for legacy verses for my characters:
Harryโs verse stems from the battle at the department of mysteries when the time turner room explodes. In the chaos, a damaged time turner gets stuck to Harryโs shoelace and later that evening when heโs back at school, he sees Buckbeak has found his way back to Hogwarts after Siriusโ death. He goes for a ride (to cry) and the timeturner malfunctions and sends him and Buckbeak back to the past.
Ginny Weasley is Garrethโs younger sister. Famed for tossing gnomes at the neighborโs dirigible plums.
Luna Lovegood just has her own canon (dead mother, semi-crazy father) shifted to the timeline in question. Because honestly, Luna can fit in and fit out in every timeline sheโs perfect and Iโll take no argument on that fact. She is still headcanon based, and will obviously have to have some adjustments for timeline. But the majority of her personal history (how her mother died and such) is the same or similar.

Harry had been running over the why before he'd even found Draco, honestly. He had considered not telling him. Letting the Death Eater's find him, kill him. But for all Harry did hate Draco... he still foolishly hoped that there was some good inside him. Somewhere. "Because you're not all bad, okay? You can't be. And nobody deserves to... to die. Not like that. Not like my dad, and my mum. Not like I almost did. So... I'm giving you a chance to prove me wrong." Harry dragged a hand through his hair. "Way I see it, you've got two options, @nifflerstolen. You're with them, or you're with us. It's your choice. You can whip out your wand and aim it here and give me over to your daddy and Voldemort. Or I can help you hide."

"I think being Chosen means you don't get to choose. Something else chose for you. I don't know if it's fate or gods or... I don't know. But, I think it happens for a reason. Like... maybe no one else had some spark that you do. Something in your soul." Her brows knit, deep debates like that weren't her strong suit. Did what she was saying even make sense? "It doesn't make it easier, but... it means it means something?" There was a moment where she just watched the younger boy for a moment.
"You aren't alone. I'm sure you get told that plenty-- I hope you get told that plenty. I'm not like Hermione or Ron or... well, most, but... if I can ever help..." The offer died in her throat. Why would he want help from the daughter of a known Death Eater?
He couldn't help but laugh a little at her response. It was really that simple, wasn't it? He didn't get to choose, because he was already the chosen one. "Maybe just Voldemort, I guess. Unintentionally." He muttered with a heavy sigh, shaking his head a little bit. "But yeah... I guess it probably does. Mean something, I mean. Just... wish I knew what, at least."
Looking over at her, Harry cocked his head slightly to the side. "Yeah... I mean... I know I'm not." Logically, at least. But it didn't always feel that way. "You know what... you can totally help." He added with a nod. "It's a Hogsmeade day... you going?"
remus squeezes her hand in return, his thumb rubbing comforting circles into her skin. "lily, you could never bring tension into any conversation. at least, not with me." james would be missed by them all, but he was thankful that harry hadn't lost both of his parents that fateful night. "i understand, sometimes it hurts me too." he smiles at @narglestolen then, one he hopes conveys his understanding. "it's harry's second birthday soon, do you have anything planned?"
She smiled softly at Remus and shook her head a little. "No, I know." Lily replied gently, blowing out a bit of air. "I think I just... everything is different now. Harder. And I'm so happy I still have you, Remus. I am. It's made everything far easier, but..." If tears were stinging at Lily's eyes, she blinked them away. At the end of the day, she was just in pain. "I... I'm not sure." She admitted. "Maybe a quidditch party? He's been getting so good on that little broom."
he winced at the increasing pressure, brow furrowing as he grit his teeth. "gin-" he let out a sigh of relief when she finally lifted the rag from his face and let himself drink her in. the rage at his words that lingered in her eyes, a burning fire. no one had ever looked at him like that and it sent a shiver through him. "okay. i take it back." he reached for her hand, taking it between his and squeezing gently. "you should probably get back. they'll be wondering where you are."
"I don't care." Ginny replied, some of that ferocity leaving her once he finally took back his words. "They can look all they want. You're hurt. I'm not leaving you by yourself right now. Deal with it." Because as far as she was concerned, Draco was stuck with her for the moment.
Ginny kissed @nifflerstolen back when he stole one, but that did not mean she was going to give in. Just because Harry didn't want her to join him and her brother and Hermione on whatever they were getting into? It didn't mean she couldn't. "You're terrible." She murmured into the kiss, shaking her head. "But yes. I can remember. And you are not the boss of me, Harry. I'm coming."

There's a little snort of a laugh before she covers it. That probably wasn't a joke. Did he want a reassurance? Anything? "Well, personally, I don't think any day is uneventful. Not at Hogwarts. I guess 'normal' and 'uneventful' aren't really the same thing to me, though. But... we could try and make an uneventful day? Or... or more, eventful for the right reasons." Perhaps she should try explaining. "Just take a day and wander. No people except people you want to be there. I don't know how much you like exploring the areas outside the castle..."
When she snorted, Harry's cheeks might have turned just a tiny bit pink in embarrassment. Dragging a hand through his hair to try and save face for a moment, he was quickly distracted from that by her idea. "I mean... yeah. Yeah!" He grinned. "Maybe we could go swimming in the lake. It's actually nice out for once, it'd be way better than the last time I was in there." When he was a Tri-Wizard Champion. He shook off that memory fast.

"is that what you think this is?" hermione shakes her head, liberally spraying the slug-bitten lettuce leaves. Pansy couldn't stop herself from softening a little at Hermione's words. Even if the Gryffindor was being just as sassy as she was, it was hard to stay angry. Sure, Pansy could always get a bite into her tone... but at what cost? She shook her head. "I'm fine." She responded, her tone softer. "I just got a rather... unsettling letter from my mother earlier." She couldn't stand her mother.

"you'll see, and stop bloody hitting me, would you?" he grinned at lily regardless, excited to show her what he'd set up. it had taken a few bribes and favours, but it was all worth it to see the look on her face. leading her out of the castle and on to the grounds, james led her towards the large oak tree by the lake where the picnic blanket had been laid out, complete with a basket full of sandwiches, fruits, cheeses, and whatever else he'd managed to grab from the kitchen while his friends distracted the house elves. "madam, would you care to sit with me?"
Lily narrowed her eyes at the Potter boy. "I'll try." She allowed, not quite sure if whatever Potter-esque thing he had planned was going to make her want to smack him upside the head or not. She wasn't violent... she was just violent. Call it a redhead thing. Still, those narrowed eyes softened when they laid eyes on the picnic he had set up. "James..." She whispered, a little smile curving up onto her lips. "I don't even want to know how many rules you broke to do this, do I?" Lily laughed, shaking her head, and then moved to sit.
