The future of our planet depends on how we live our days on earth - that means how we produce and consume food and energy, and how we regard land, water, trees, animals, and all species. And that means no fossil fuel. No fracking. Switching to renewable energies, regenerative agriculture, and circular economy. My first swim of the year. Walden Pond. I got there by 8am, and the pond was very quiet. I heard the loons’ cries several times while swimming. Today is another hot day reaching up to 97F. Water temperature felt warmer for this time of the year. No need for wetsuits. Water felt good on my skin. Sharing this nourishment with many creatures - including humans.
