When I was in third grade I tried to convince the other kids at recess that I could jump really high into the air and glide like Knuckles. When my mom heard about it she was so distraught that she started paying kids in my class to be friends with me. If you ask me, that’s an awful reaction to your gifted child. But jokes on her, because even now as an adult I am still friends with everyone back then, and sometimes when they’re in a rush they’ll hop on my back and I’ll jump really high in the air and glide like Knuckles to help them get to a higher vantage point than where they were previously.

this post is so stupid. the whole difference between flying and gliding is that gliding only goes down, you could never "glide" to a higher vantage point
