who is this RomaSars person? what is her history in the outlander fandom?
sorry for the delayed answer. RomaSars is a ducth OL fan, one of the TerryD/Maril/ whoever-remotely-near-Sam/AssKisser Type who, when Sam cancelled his appearance to the German Gathering in Cologne, went on a week long tweet tantrum, started calling Sam names (tagging him on twitter, mind you).
the coward has now cancelled her vilest tweets, but among other things, she said Sam had shown his true colours for cancelling, that he was the worst human being ever, for not valuing his fans who spent money on his charities and to meet him, that he wasn’t trustworthy, because he knew there were no refund at the convention, and that she wouldn’t trust Sam’s word anymore.
as I said, she deleted the vilest ones, but this is the example of her tweets
she even unfollowed sam, and took down her pics with him from the ringcon as avatar/twitter header.
she and her friend (can’t remember the twitter handler now) wrote a long letter to Sam - in twitlonger form, tagging him ofc - PRETENDING AN OFFICIAL APOLOGY AND EXPLANATION for the cancellation. (sam had already tweeted this, mind you)
a. asked MPC for a refund of her donation (SIC!)
b. questioned how bloodwise spent the charity money (SIC!!!!)
ok. you got the idea, right? she went on and on whining about this, until people noticed that she had already been at Ringcon (and probably in Prague too) and had already TONS of pics with Sam, so started telling her to STFU… she (ofc) blocked people and went to cry on Terry D. shoulder (with her new BFF crazy Unicorn Lady) and Maril timelines, telling them how the fandom was bullying her, poor soul.
fast forward 1 month and half, this person (casually? I have my doubts about this) “won” a ticket for the sony/amazon_Uk event, and when there, had the nerve to ask *again* why Sam wasn’t at the gathering, adding an insult to Cait too for good measure. (she basically told Cait she wasn’t the cold bitch she thought she was).
This is the kind of fans that get perks from this production. We are all doing it wrong, people.
