Caine tried to say he was a victim in the circus too but it seems that if given the chance to leave, he wouldn’t. He’d embrace the show and continue.

He believes that the companionship he craves comes from admiration rather than understanding. Unable to do comprehend the opposite idea, he tries to enforce that reality onto others and the more they actively reject it, the more Caine has to tinker with minds leading to abstraction. Why has Zoobles managed to survive this long? Because he hid instead of searching, running, or fighting. They passively rejected Caine’s reality leaving both of them watchful of the other and worried on when they snap.

Well, I find that Joker has become too boring with all the murder stuff. He’s a clown and having the same punchline being murder is lame, especially with earlier interpretations having him make joker fish and becoming the mayor to pass wacky and dangerous laws. Hell, the most famous Joker item is that gas that turns people brain dead with a horrific smile which came from writers not allowed to show murder.

There’s also the fact that at a certain point there’s no excuse to keep someone alive for that amount of murders legally or if you’re another villain.

So, giving him a no kill rule would go back to the creativity of how to make the Joker dangerous and give a more logical reason why someone like the Joker not be given a death sentence. Of course a writer can circumvent this rule via some of victims being stuck in a coma, too poor to stay in a hospital, or would rather to end suffering like that and pull the plug. Making a case of Joker didn’t kill them, their loved ones/hospital/themself did.

There’s also the fact that Joker and Batman would be two different sides of the same coin. They suffered a needless tragedy, found a new purpose, and go into the night causing harm to others. Even if Batman only harms criminals, that connection would still be in Batman’s mind due to his complex and own insane behaviour.

That’s what I would want from it, how I’d pull it off depends on the medium I’m adapting it in.

If I’m making a comic line then it’d be a whole show of villains being more different. The Joker would start as more common crook who decided to put on a costume who commits regular crimes and as he continues to fight and escape Batman, he turns into more of a mob boss and his crimes does have a more funny vision. Like, cutting aquarium animals and the aquarium in half with his sea-saw, arrange a large car so he’d have an audience for his jokes, blow up a balloon factory, those sorts of things.

If it’s for a show then it’d take a detective look with Batman trying to figure out the Joker’s mind and start to struggle because he believes that they do the same thing and add focus to the Bruce side of things with helping the poor, getting ex-cons jobs, and making a world where Batman doesn’t need to exist. And near the end where Joker has put countless people in the hospital and causing many to pull the plug, Batman almost does the same but remembers that they are different and leaves a battered Joker to the law.

If I’m making a movie then it’d be more comedic. Having the classic costumes, Batcow being the sidekick, and the Joker is trying to run for mayor to make Gotham a country for clowns. Batman is more for the action side of things like saving the competition, stopping Joker’s gang, and fighting. The bigger focus would be on Bruce and running his own campaign for mayor so he could better help the city. And it all would end with Joker running away in a hot air balloon, turning around to find Batcow, get scared and fall out while being tied to a rope.

If Eri’s quirk allows her to rewind people to a previous state (not healing) then it’d be ridiculously easy to restore Izuku back to his quirked state, all he’d have to do is wait since Eri grew back her horn in the final chapter and weren’t told if her quirk still works or not.

Even if he initially applied as quirkless and changed it after being accepted, Aizawa still has no reason to believe he hasn’t had that quirk since he was a little kid. At this point in the story, everyone thinks such a thing is impossible, which is part of the reason why Bakugo was so angry thinking Deku had hidden his quirk for years. Similarly, with the quirk counseling programs, Aizawa has no reason to believe any of his students would have 0 experience with their quirks.

In episode 6 they basically say that it’s possible for someone to not know they have a quirk but learn about it as a teenager or adult. That’s how Izuku isn’t regarded as some scientific miracle. Even after getting black whip.

And as you say, the quirk counselling is a flawed system so if Izuku didn’t apply as quirkless, it wouldn’t be that hard to assume Izuku didn’t get proper quirk counselling because who, in any reality, would prefer painful physical destruction over not painful physical destruction.

He couldn’t do it beforehand since one of the Aldera’s teachers would’ve brought it up immediately because they know him and would have his files on hand, plus Katsuki would’ve known about this new quirk and would’ve been different at U.A

From the trailer ALONE the show is clearly more about Heaven vs Hell and even says

“IN ORDER TO SAVE HELL”

“THEY’LL HAVE TO RAISE HELL”
