Just have to say this because I know I’m coming off crazy. My appearance gives me a lot of anxiety because I was bullied all throughout elementary/junior high and even slightly in high school, but by that time I didn’t give a fuck. I hate when people know that it’s an unattractive older photo of you and make fun of you for it. Like okay? Did you know at that time people were relentlessly calling me ugly, fat, etc. and throwing things at me on the bus daily? Faking hugging me while putting post-it notes with mean things on my back? (Yes, that did actually happened to me.) At that time of that picture I was 12 and starting to develop an eating disorder and had severe depression. In result Ive developed a life-long toxic relationship with food and my appearance. So if you think I’m overreacting to a silly picture, I can tell you that there’s reason behind why it upsets me. My feelings are not invalid because some people had it worse than me. If you think I’m being dramatic, I really don’t give a shit.
