Collecting Stardust
This is my last piece for Funguary! The final theme is Cosmic, and I chose to draw some cortinarius iodes! The spots on their cap kind of look like stars, so I wanted to make something whimsical, fun and space themed for this final piece!
I’ve had so much fun participating in this challenge over the years! Thank you @feefal for creating such a fun drawing challenge, it’s been an absolute joy to see so much amazing mushroom art every February!!

Actually, the reason to write that rarepair longfic that no one else is going to read is so you can go back and re-read it yourself when you're sad.
the goof troop
so embarrassing to watch yourself become obsessed with a character that feels tailor made for you specifically to become obsessed with. feels like i fell into a trap made just for me. like damn they got me. those are all the things i like and go crazy for
Eepy 💤💤💤 Maomao the burrito
Maomao fanart <3
shes such a cutie I love her so much. spent 6 hours on this on stream last night and I still wasn't done messing with the colours hahaaa
I think the way she feels about poison is how i feel about drawing
anyways shes insanely fun to draw, will definitely do more :D these were just redraws of different screen caps from the show
I am always open to reading/chatting about her hehe

I hate how fandom has become "if you haven't created anything in this very specific time frame after the release of the show/movie, everyone will have moved on"
And call me old fashioned, but that's just not me. I sometimes take ages to create and publish. And I will love a show or movie for such a long time (years, babes, years) that I just can't relate to the fast consumerism that's going on.
Because, let's be real, it can get really lonely in a fandom if most have simply moved on to the next shiny thing. Is what's created less worth, just because it was created outside the hype? Why is it such a taboo for this new fandom generation to love an old or "late" fic or art?
It's so tiring and I'm too old for the 30-seconds-hype-tiktok-shit. Just tired. So, so tired.
if you're only in it for a media cycle then you're not really in it
I spent last month going through every fic in a tag for a movie that came out in 1999 because I had a fic itch that needed scratching and am excited because some of the WIPs are still being updated.
In fandom, time has no reason to have an meaning. Enjoy what you like and create for whatever moves you!
