Finished "It Lives In the Woods" and it still confounds me that Noah isn't a possible love interest for the MC, because what do you mean their trauma parallels each others in a way the others can't understand, what do you mean you can specifically say he lied to you, what do you mean that if you choose to sacrifice yourself Noah cradles the MC's dead body while sobbing, what do you mean that Noah is the only one of their friends the MC can remember as the forest monster?
I am doing good! I graduated vet school this year and have a job now, can you believe that? Part of the reason why I was so inactive on here, its a hectic job but I love it :) Bonus that I can actually buy stuff in games without feeling guilty now haha
Went through a difficult time for a while because of some things in the family but slowly getting back on track.

I totally know the feeling of thinking you are drifting alone, and then there is someone there listening. It feels good, and I think that's why I try to keep an eye open for people who I know need that reminder too (and I enjoy your blog in general). I think we both have a journey ahead of finding a new job and something we enjoy, right? I agree with everything you said, it's a nice thought :)
This internship was something I never did before. I work doing more lab stuff now, I have interns who look at me like I know everything haha it's different from my previous ones. It was something more related to field work and photography; I still prefer that, but it’s nice to try different things and learn from new people ;)
And about the master’s I want to try: I will do the test and interview for the program, then repeat it to have the chance of a scholarship. The only downside is that, if I get the scholarship, I can't work, because the requirement is that the student devotes their time exclusively for their research. But without the scholarship, I won’t be able to pay for the course lol. If the public Uni here opens up applications, I will try there too, those have the monthly stipend and free course. I just don't know if they’ll open this year haha
But!! I'm really positive, there are other things I can try and, honestly, I'm just happy I finished my major. The next step is much closer than before <3

finding a job is hard in this time and even harder is being satisfied by it/knowing if it’s the right thing for you. But i believe we will get there eventually, someday. Maybe not right out off the bat but a little while later i hope we can say we have found our places.
Ohh, your master’s procedure has so many steps it must be hard to keep track of it all. I would say apply everywhere and see where that takes you. Scholarships are so so helpful i really hope you get it and get into the programme you want!!

I think I get so happy because I’m almost sure we are around the same age and doing almost the same thing (I graduated last year, Biology, I’m doing kinda of a paid internship in a lab here at my Uni, but in September I will be unemployed again :p I will try applying for a master’s degree, but idk)

Yayy biology majors! So happy that you get to do an internship, you really learn a lot during the time and I hope it has been a pleasant experience for you so far!! And don’t worry about being unemployed (I am in the same boat lmao) opportunities will present themselves if you are giving your best :) and doing master’s is a really good idea! Where I’m from, they also give like a monthly stipend to masters students and if it’s the same where you’re from, it’s kind of a win win right?
Life is hard sometimes but I think ultimately that’s what makes it worth living, going through challenges and learning from it :) I will try my best in everything that I do and hopefully one day it will all work out good.

So I’m very much alive and back to try being more active on here again :)

Also, I passed the NAVLE!!! The past 2 years have been crazy with uni coursework on full throttle and then clinical rotations along with emergencies it was a wild ride! But god was it so so worth it. It was super stressful preparing for the NAVLE and waiting for the results even more so but I am so happy I passed on the first try I would not want to spend so much money again 😭😭 On a side note, I am a foreign vet graduate so it was not something I was used to but I’m glad it went well.
Needless to say, I graduated and am now unemployed lol Searching for jobs is hard but I have faith that there is someplace meant for me.
Hobbies had been zero lol I had not written in like 3-4 years now and painted like 2 times during this whole time. So now I’m looking forward to trying to be a bit more invested in them now that I don’t have someone hanging exams or graduation over my head lol
On a side note, I did inconsistently play romance club but am definitely not up to date with everything going on in the app and the fandom. But hopefully I will get to be a part of it again soon :) Also!! I discovered love and deepspace from a million reels on insta and finally caved and downloaded it (my poor storage) and have to say I am really liking the lore so far! Sylus and Xavier are my favs at this point but I’m excited to play more and discover other stuff.
