Andrea: I didn’t think I’d ever seen this place again after Dean. I only held onto the deed to keep my plants watered. It was always intended to be a gift though…for any one of you kids. I guess I always thought I’d be having this conversation with Nate instead.

Tobias: [grumbling] Not like I have much of a choice right now, Ma. And Nate can’t find his way out of an anatomy textbook, what the hell is he gonna do with this dilapidated old shack?

Andrea: Well for one [chuckles] he could pay someone to fix it.

Tobias: Hilarious…I thought you were here to help me.

Andrea: You’ve got a free house, kid. That’s all the help you need. Take this as the opportunity it is Tobias and enjoy your fresh start. San Myshuno won’t go anywhere without you...and if it really is so terrible to be near your dear old mom, you could always call Veronica. I know she just got a place in the city-

Tobias: God, it’s like you hate me. You know she’ll smother me in my sleep.

Andrea: [laughing] That’s more than you deserve most of the time kiddo…believe you me. I’m heading back to the house, I’m sure you still know where everything is and if not, I’m sure you’ll figure it out. Now stand up and give your mother a hug.

Tobias: Yeah…yeah alright.

Andrea: Oh my Toby. Please for the love of god, take care of yourself.

Tobias: I’ll do my best, Ma.
