Project: BATMAN update
It's been a mixed bag. Things have gone well, and others not so well. It's been a while since I've done a big workout, but I've been starting my day with 70 push ups and 70 crunches almost every morning. And I'm happy with at least being consistent. It's a start. I haven't started parkour yet, but have now gone to two nunjitsu classes. Feeling good about continuing with that. I've lost weight. I think I'm back down to 60kg, which isn't good. Admittedly I have been concentrating more on exercise than diet. Looking to improve that asap. So will I be Batman in a year? No. But I could at least be on my way to a sub par Robin, maybe. And that ain't not bad.

Batman's been on holiday...
I was really sick after Easter. Since then I've been working hard (at work, unfortunately) and on tour with the band - and will be till mid-May.
It's an unfortunate set of set backs and speed bumps. I keep thinking I'll get a chance to get back on top of things, but on the odd evening that I have free, I just want to sleep, not work out - and at this stage that's probably the more healthy option.
I'm still doing 50 push ups and 50 crunches first thing in the morning - every morning. Even that's a lot more than I used to do on a regular basis (ie: nothing). All is not lost. When tour's over...
