🌙 Light a white or silver candle and breathe deeply, focusing on calm, clear emotions
🌙 Add some salt and/or moon water to your bath, foot soak, or while washing your hands with the intention of cleansing yourself of last week's leftover energy.
🌙 Make a cup of calming tea and whisper your intentions for peaceful sleep before bed
🌙 Open your curtains and allow natural moonlight in.
🌙 While using moisturizer, washing your face, using a moisturizing mask, etc, channel the energy of water. Visualize yourself being wrapped in a soft, calm protective embrace.
🌙 If the skies are clear, spend some time moon gazing.
🌙 Dedicate your blanket to the moon, or a lunar deity.
