Last month/week have been productive!

Reading a law that combat administrative misconduct; some articles of brazillian constitution and legal medicine/forensics.

I would like to post this brazillian typical food called "baião de dois" (it was delicious). I think this studyblr should conect people of the world and cultures.

Also, went on a date with my boyfriend and had sushi.

At my work station and surrounds have many stray cats and dogs. This week I rescued a pitbull that was trapped and hungry.

Happy to have a job that make me help others and animals, and i'm happy to study. It's such a privilege. The sky at down are also beaultiful.

Today I’m reading a dissertation that is very useful for my research (and very interesting!)

Last week I learned something new at work, which made me very happy, and I realized that the old me (from about 10 years ago) would be proud of the person I've become.

I managed to work things out, overcome difficult situations with clarity and calm, and deal with feelings that the old me couldn't.

Things got a little messy at work, but I'll handle it. As for my studies... well, one step at a time. I finished In the Penal Colony by Kafka, started another book by Byung-Chul Han, and I'm still reading about the Information Society. I'm doing this for my future self, who I hope will have deeper insights when I begin my master's degree (one of my future goals).

Alongside these readings, I also studied public law (administrative, constitutional, and criminal law), and my italian studies on Duolingo.

I have accepted my reality that I need to stay near my parents place and I can’t afford to do a Masters Degree. Additionally, I haven’t been feeling so well this month (drank a lot of peppermint tea, as you can see), so I haven’t been as productive as I had hoped, reading lots of books instead. We’ll get there, slowly.

Applying and waiting for admission decision for my master’s program is bananas , so I’ve been spending a lot of time at the library this summer. I love it here so much and it really helps me with focusing in on my studies. My Chinese is improving every day and it’s really cool to see my progress.

Hello again,

Last month at work we prepared ourselves to an audict conducted by the territorial department of my unit. So since march I did a lot of things, we solved many investigations, caught a really bad guy and send him to prision, in numbers:

- January : 300 investigations on going

- February: 280 investigations on going

-March: 270 ""

- April: 250""

-May: 220""

And got a clousure to old investigations. I feel like I'm doing something good to help people who come to police department.

But because of all that, my studies needed to wait. Last week, after the audict, I've watched some seminars online about Civil Law, Criminology and Criminal Law, read a law (Public Law) and read 10 chapters of a Procedure Law book - cause I forgot many things since finished Law School.

Next steps are:

- Read Procedure law (articles of the law);

-Review legal medicine;

-watch more lives/seminars

-continue to read the procedure law book

Beetween work, study law and read Brazillian Law books, I found time to love.

Last weekend was Brazillian's Valentine's Day (June 12th) and was very lovey-dovey Date. He also gave me a ring to officialize our relationship, even tough we are not fiancés. That made me very happy.

Winter arrived here in South Hemisphere. Finally!

Last week I read a lot.

About 30 pages of a book of brazillian procedure law; and 20 pages of information society/economy and write some notes.

Suddenly, started italian on duolingo on basics, but noticed that my italian knowledge its more avanced, witch made me happy.

I wish that my posts got more views from other studyblrs, even though my posts are not so aesthetics as most of them, but I realized that the community of studyblr are very restricted and exist a competition...not very healthy I guess
