A friend told me she wants to eat Amuro`s sandwich which triggered me to blog about it.

Ingredients:

Loaf bread - 4 pcs.

Ham - 2 pcs.

Lettuce - 2 pcs.

Olive Oil - proper quantity

Mayonnaise - proper quantity

miso paste - small quantity

Potato chips - as you like

Parsley - as you like

Preparation:

Spread a small amount of olive oil into the ham using a pastry brush, set aside.

In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and miso paste to create a mixture, set aside. 

Tear the lettuce into small size and soak it into a hot water (The water temperature should be at least 120 degrees). Set aside.

Steam the loaf bread into a steamer until the bread become fluffy or light. (If you don`t have a steamer you can heat up the bread using a microwave oven).

Spread the mayonnaise and miso mixture into the bread, top with ham and lettuce.

Remove the brown edge of the bread using a bread knife then cut the sandwich into a triangle shape. Serve with potato chips and parsley.

I actually had fun making this sandwich and tell you it taste good. You may try it too guys!
