LOL no, it’s not her actual name, it’s a nickname. It started because my nickname is Topi (short for Octopus, since I’m an awkward octopus), and since we knew her name would start with M for a long time, but wouldn’t decide on her actual name before she was born, she gained the nickname, Mopi.

how you message and take care of a baby all the time?

We have rules and agreements when it comes to use of all electronics and what not, and we only use our phones for emergencies, and we reply to messages when our daughter is asleep. If she’s awake or it’s feeding time, or if she needs us for anything, our phones are away and our full attention is on her. We do that with all kids in our families. People don’t ask questions if we have a conversation and I suddenly disappear for 5 hours, because they know what that means.

I probably won’t post anything sims for awhile. I only have time to answer messages once in a while when my daughter is sleeping, and I don’t have anything to do, so won’t be able to play at all right now :)

Have you ever had anyone be mad at you for not sharing photos or personal information with them?

Yes, multiple times. It’s not like I can’t understand them, people share that on a daily basis, but I’m just a very cautious and private person. And I’ve had my experiences and my trauma, and I have my reasons. I don’t ask people to share stuff with me, but I’ve had multiple people send me that on their own, and usually my first instinct is to get worried for them. I’ve also had a lot of people say things like, “but it’s just me,” or “but we’ve talked for x years and I’ve sent photos to you,” which makes me feel guilty and also very pressured into doing something I don’t feel comfortable with, and that makes me feel even more uncomfortable. I get really anxious and maybe a bit paranoid, so I get why people get mad. A lot of people think it’s because I believe they’re bad and/or harmful people, but I don’t even like sharing things with family and irl friends over the Internet, but they are usually always very understanding.

It’s definitely something I’m working on.

So, this is gonna be the last "update," if anyone's still following lol. Tomorrow, I'll probably start cleaning out the blog for personal posts (whoops). But we are home, and we are all doing really well. After almost 60hrs in the hospital, I can tell you I'm SO HAPPY to finally be home. I'm very very tired, but very excited! M is the sweetest little baby, and I can't stop looking at her. She's so perfect, and I can't even describe how much I love her and her father! ♡♡♡

what's the reason you don't post a selfie and just post the ring movie girl?

I don’t think I owe anyone an explanation, but since I’ve gotten this question multiple times, I can just get it out of the way. But the main reason I don’t post selfies on tumblr, is because there are certain people in real life that I do NOT wish to find this blog and be able to identify me. This is my safe space, and I don’t want to ruin that.
