the heat goes on

He knew what would happen if Michael were caught, still holding him though. He’d have it his own way. He was the prince, after all. Gavin would happily use his power to not let Michael die so that he can kiss him another day.

Rubbing his thumbs on Michael’s hips, Gavin hummed and barely shook his head before moving to press another kiss to his mouth.

“I’d rather be here. With you.”

words caught in his mouth as gavin sealed their mouths together again. he whined in protest before pressing a hand against gavin’s chest, pushing him away. 

Pressing his hips back against Michael’s hands, he smiled, mouth opening more. He was vocal, not caring if anyone else heard. He just cared about Michael. Whining, he followed his lips, needing the kiss, his tongue, the taste. Every ounce of Michael.

the noises pouring from gavin’s mouth made the other lad smile almost deviously. it was nice to hear someone fall apart at his fingertips. 

Gavin bit his lip, looking away and sighing deeply. “How do you know, Michael? Have you even seen any?” Maybe he was a little offended. But it was probably because of the fact that he hasn’t told Michael and telling him won’t turn out well. He’s sure of it. How is he going to prove to him?

Gavin stared at Michael, shifting on his feet and sighing. He didn’t really know what else to do or say to Michael. Reaching to Michael, he smiled a bit.

“I don’t know either. It’s…I want to be close to you. To get attention from you… is that…the start of love?”

“Michael, please,” he huffed, blushing brightly.

Swallowing while he had the chance, Gavin wrapped his arms around Michael, pulling him closer to kiss him deeper. He needed the taste, the reminder that he was loved. That he was Michael’s. He was perfect the kiss everything he wanted.

Gavin was about to reach for Michael when he turned around, hand stopping and almost withdrawing. Maybe he shouldn’t push it, but he needed something.

“I…how do you want me to love you? Can you just…help me understand? I don’t. Michael, I haven’t even…Christ, how do you love someone?”

with a confused look, michael stopped. his eyes raked over gavin’s form, eyebrows knitting, albeit he already looked pretty fucking confused. 

“I would, Michael.”

Laughing, he followed him, before falling against the door, staring at him and gasping, eyes wide. “Any ideas then, Michael?”

“just be pretty like you usually are,” michael grinned.

Groaning, Gavin followed after Michael. He wasn’t done with this. “Michael, I just don’t know how to explain this. I can’t. I don’t. Just…” pausing in his thoughts, he wasn’t even sure at he could do. “Michael, just….help?”

michael had gotten to the door of his bedroom, hand resting on the doorframe as he turned around to glare at gavin. 

“I love you so much,” he whispered, not wanting their brief kiss to end. Taking a moment he was quick to follow Michael, smiling and walking with him. He loved every moment with him. “Of course Michael. What are we doing?”

“wouldn’t you like to know?”

“God, no Michael. Michael, you’re not listening.” He couldn’t even explain it properly and he hated everything about this. “I don’t…know how to explain it Michael. I don’t bloody know but I just can’t love. I don’t think I can! It’s impossible! Not the way you want me to love you.”

"i am fucking listening!" michael almost hissed. "you're fucking horrible at explaining!"

“It’s kit for you to love me, Michael. I know you love me. I want to make sure you’re happy. I love making you happy. I love you.” Sighing, Gavin smiled, barely pressing into the kiss, wanting more. He wouldn’t push it for now, though.

Groaning, Gavin ran his hands through his hair and sighed. He wasn’t sure how to explain it to Michael. How to explain how he thought he was too damaged to be able to love the way Michael wanted him to.

Trying to collect his thoughts, his words, he took a few moments. “Michael, I…I can’t love you the same. I don’t have…I don’t think I have the capacity anymore. I’m interested. God, am I interested in you, but I can’t… I don’t think I can give you what you want from me. I’m damaged, Michael.”

“I worry Michael.” He could feel how vulnerable he was for Michael. It was something that he would only let Michael see as well. Sighing, he leaned closer, letting his eyes flutter close for a few moments. “I’ll stop for you, love. And me. But mostly for you. Anything for you.”

“Michael, shit, I don’t love anyone. I’ve never loved anyone. Do you even think in a job that I have, where I sleep with everyone, gives me time to fall in love? Because you’re bloody daft if you think so.” Shaking his head, he laughs. “If you want me to sleep with you, I will. Hell, I’ll only sleep with you. But I can’t…I don’t love like you do.”

at the laugh, michael looked away and sank into the couch. a hand came up to run a hand through his hair, wanting to ignore what gavin was telling him.

Gavin relaxed the hold he had on Michael, slowly moving a hand to his cheek. Sighing, he laughed a bit.

“I know I don’t have to do anything, Michael. I do it to keep you, us, safe. I want to make sure we’re all okay. And I get everything. I can’t lose you Michael.” Pausing, he sighed. “But…I’ll stop. For you. I’ll do anything for you.”

“Surprised? How?” Gavin couldn’t even fathom how Michael was confused. And maybe he was bitter about it, just like the other looked.

Staring at Michael, listening to his words, Gavin paused. He wasn’t sure what to think, taking a step closer and wrapping his arms around him. “Michael, I’m sorry. You’ve just…gotta do what you need to. For the…job.” As much as sometimes he didn’t want to do it, he did want to get what he wanted. What would help the crew. And he’d do anything for his boys. For Michael.

with a small noise, michael stiffened as gavin wrapped his arms around him. it took him a bit before he relaxed against the other, hands coming up to push gavin away a little bit.
