Metal Gear Solid 3: Codec contact personal data cards
If you call a codec or radio contact in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, you get a bunch of slides with portraits of the person you're talking to that you can flip through with left or right on the left joystick or d-pad. Finally the fourth slide has another picture and a "Personal Data" about the character. The first one of the personal data slides is always unlocked. But if you call that contact several times, you unlock further personal data slides with additional pictures. There are actually 4 for Major Zero, Para-medic, Sigint and EVA, and 2 for the Boss in the virtuous mission.
These can be hard to unlock and you have to make a lot of calls to each contact to unlock. This fansite claims it's 20 calls to unlock the second personal data page, another 20 to unlock the third one and another 40 calls to unlock the fourth one. And that sounds about right. That means 80 calls to each contact, 40 for the boss (who is only available to call for a very short portion of the game), for a total of 360 calls. Unless you are trying to find every call or deliberately unlock these personal data pages, it is hard to do.
You should read them though, if you are interested in these characters, because these cards do contain a lot of fun and interesting information about them.
And I haven't found screenshots of all of these online, only the transcriptions in the fansite linked above. So turns out I have to upload them myself, these screenshots are taken from my playthroughs of the MGS3 HD steam version.
