On the note of that last post, that also got me thinking about how cool it would've been if Roger Leloup would have ever shown us a Vinean zoo. Or even just Vinean animals in general, 'cause in all those albums featuring them, we've barely seen any. Pretty sure Vinean animals appeared only in The Archangels of Vinea.

(I'm not counting the Titans. A: they're sapient, and B: they're not from Vinea anyway.)

So unless Mr. Leloup is trying to make some point about human-driven extinctions, I'll probably just stew in my disappointment forever.

I feel like a lot of mcu punisher/vigilante fans (particularly the fratt and kastle shippers) miss the point of the punisher which is that he cannot and should not get a happy ending in canon, that fundamentally defeats the purpose of his character. and whoever is in a romantic relationship with him will not end up happy with him.

i have zero idea what’s happening story wise but MGS3 is so fucking funny what the fuck is this game 😭😭😭

My favorite part of MGS3's story is how the main antagonist is this modern warrior poet of sorts who sacrifices her life and legacy in the pursuit of her ideal world--without borders or nations, where governments will no longer make pawns of their people--who dies tragically at the hands of her pupil, setting in motion a period of heightened global surveilance and the mythologization of these deeply flawed men who survived this incident.

And the character in question is straight up named The Boss, who casually happens to be the first human in space, who gave birth fighting for the allies on the beach at D Day.

i actually like him as a character (as far as marvel goes. he has a good record as far as runs go and in general I find him more compelling than most marvel comics male characters) I also think he sucks as a person and Frank should be meaner to him
