Heggache - not so much painful (though there was/is pain), as “all the other usual symptoms combined.” Wearing clothes hurt, my ponytail hurt, merely thinking of solid food made me nauseous.

And I could not get warm, despite today’s 100°F/38°C high….

(I gently remind myself, “And that is called a vestibular migraine, sweetie - now drink another few sips of water”)
