Was watching Dramatical Murder and the first thing that struck me was his character design.

Still thinking what to do about Ekubo

Public Safety Bureau hired young talented students from the Criminal Investigation programme to become Inspectors. The youths are Kageyama Shigeo “Mob”, his brother Kageyama Ritsu, Hanazawa Teruki, and Suzuki Shou. Mob, a seemingly ordinary boy with no exceptional talents, is extremely proficient in using the Dominator, to the point where he never misses a target. He met Reigen Arataka, a flippant Enforcer who would rather not use his Dominator. Reigen would grow fiercely protective of the young Inspectors and become Mob’s guide as they unraveled bizarre cases spiraling down into a world of pitch-dark secrets.
