My town turned 2 yesterday.

Duuuuuuuuude

Recently I've been thinking a lot about restarting my town. There are certain things I'm not content with, such as my brother's house in a random spot (that I allowed him to freely choose) and that I accidentally sold items I didn't know we're non-orderable. Making a new town sounds very appealing to me since I know exactly what I want now. But at the same time, it would feel like my efforts in the past year and a half were for nothing -- all my bells would be gone along with an empty catalogue and encyclopedia. I know I can make my town whatever I want it to be but I've tried to make do with what I have so far and it's simply just not working. My current town feels too crowded with houses and PWPs in the "wrong" spots. I don't really mind starting over again but I want it to be for the better. Unfortunately, I might not know that until I do so.
