“I’m not sure going out suits me,” Cleo spoke as she shook her head slightly with a tiny smile. “Though, perhaps this once I could make an exception.”

the  day  was  slow,  that’s  for  sure,  and  only  left  her  making  a  ruckus  in  the  shop  between  baking  and  deciding  what  the  week’s  menu  should  be.  she’s  almost  thankful  when  the  bell  above  the  door  dings  and  someone  enter’s.  her  head  poked  over  the  display  case  before  standing  up.   ❝what  can  i  you  for?❞  daphne  wondered,  eyes  landing  on  the  figure’s  features.   ❝don’t  say  blueberry  muffins.  i’m  out  of  those.❞   those  were  at  least  a  favorite  to  some.

She’d stopped in feeling rather hungry, wanting to stop by and check out yet another place she’d yet to be before. Everything was so new and exciting. She took in the area, looking at the various different things. “What about chocolate chip muffins?”
