A muse paradise!

Today was just like any other day around the house. Ayumu had once again found himself lounging in front of the television on a typical hot sunny day, watching whatever could hold his attention for more than a minute. Nowadays those kinds of shows were harder to come by since he was pretty sure he’s seen every kind of broadcast out there. Really it wasn’t even about watching entertaining television anymore, but entertaining himself trying to find something new.

Ayumu never thought he’d grow accustomed to the crazy lifestyle that his roommates brought about, and to be perfectly honest, he kind of preferred it instead of his previously mundane lifestyle. The sporadic hunger pangs from Eu that had him testing his culinary abilities on a daily basis, the uncontrollable  energy that Haruna infected everyone around her with, despite it more often than not ending up with her drop kicking him and Sera... Well, Ayumu would be lying if he said living with Sera had no faults. If he were alive she would’ve killed him more times than he could remember and he could go without the endless insults, but at the same time she brought a sense of elegance into his life that he’d also grown accustomed to. Speaking of Sera...

Justin’s fit of laughter over her catchphrase had her blushing; she was glad he liked it, but it felt more embarrassing when it seemed like he couldn’t stop thinking about it. Which of course would count as a success for the other girls in Printemps, seeing how memorable a simple catchphrase could be, while Kotori could argue that it was just because Justin thought she was cute already. Though she was grinning a little, even through the embarrassment, at how he seemed to enjoy it a lot.

“Well, of course! It’s my catchphrase after all, so I at least have to say it a couple times, and I’m sure there’ll be plenty of bad guys to say it to.” She stated matter-of-fact, her grin warming up into a sweet smile at his encouragement. Though his added acting has her trying to contain her own giggles once more, before posing with her water gun pointed straight at the boy. She couldn’t get rid of her smile, but her vocal seriousness was on point, “Macho Man Mister Muscles! I order you to drop those pulsating pectorals this instant!” Were all those words maybe too big for the act? Perhaps, but Kotori was into word play right now, and now she wasn’t going to stop. “If you don’t, then you’re going to be taking a ride down a slippery slope; a ride that leads directly to a cutie cop jail cell!” And probably a couple towels, if she misses and gets his living room soaked.

‘I order you to drop those pulsating pectorals this instant!’. Justin’s acting almost broke on the spot the moment those words escaped her lips. He let out a little snort as he bent over quickly to regain his composure. Now Justin wasn’t too hard to get a laugh out of but that had to have been one of the funniest things he had ever heard someone say in a long time. However; he was committed to his act and he was not going to break here, not after he had taken up the role of Macho Man Mister Muscles. He dug deep and found the will to keep going on with a serious tone as he took another step forward and began flexing his triceps.

        —-  ・゜ it is a reflex , the movement she so swiftly makes : the appearance of a green leaf folded tightly into a razor sharp kunai in her hand, culls a slash against the outreaching arm that makes such desperate grab for her. it hadn’t even been a thought to spill his blood , it is only after she makes such violent movement that it occurs to her what she’s done and what she must do. whatever it was that had befallen ayumu , he was no longer her friend but a creature of the night. teeth grit hard enough to pain her , the ninja already analyzing the situation at hand. his eyes sparked with little intelligence.  ZOMBIE.

seraphim darted backwards in a flurry of leaves, only to pull herself together again a good ways off. in her hand blossomed her sword. ayumu had beaten her in a fight before , but he was capable of intelligent thought then, and she, had been younger, less focused, arrogant. but the tactic would remain the same.  ❛ i’ll put an end to your misery, aikawa. come. ❜ she’d cut him to pieces , put him back together again as long as she could keep him from causing destruction. 

it would be cruel, it would hurt him– but the situation called for mercilessness. had he hurt lady hellscythe or haruna? was that their blood? seraphim did not have the time to focus on that now, he would be a handful in this feral state.

In one second his target is but mere inches away from his voracious hand, the next however she is gone and his arm is no longer where it was supposed to be. Despite having a limb forcibly severed from his body, The husk of Ayumu did not even flinch. Rather it stared at its severed limb laying on the floor before reaching down shakily and picking it up. The zombie fumbled around trying to reattach the damaged limb, but it simply would not stay in place. Now grasping the even more lifeless limb Ayumu let out another bellow into the night sky before beginning to hobble over the Sera.

Locking his sights on her once again, the zombie cocked his arm back and launched his severed limb at the woman at a preposterous velocity. Ayumu quickly charged behind his arm without a cogent thought. All he needed was one are to grab at her, his legs to carry him towards her, and his mouth to feed of her. Just as his arm was about to make contact the zombie launched himself into the air with the aim of crashing on top of her and pinning her. Once pinned it would be time to eat.

♛ - formal outfit

In terms of what Ayumu would wear in a formal environment I believe he’d go with a simple white dress shirt with a beige tie and black dress pants. He would most likely slick his hair back instead of keeping his messy mop the way it usually is. He would consider wearing a suit, but knowing Sera and Haruna, one or both of them would end up shredding it up alongside the rest of his clothes for some obscure reason.

“Freeze! Put your guns down, and no one gets hurt!”

The guns in question were Justin’s arms, exposed in full glory with his sleeveless workout top. The girl ordering those guns to be dropped in the first place was captain of the Cutie Police Force, Kotori Minami. Her own weapons of upholding the law and controlling the police: Her outfit from the career day photoshoot they did for the school, fake handcuffs that she got at a party shop, and a water pistol that was locked and loaded. Said pistol was aimed at the culprit, ready to shoot if he made any sudden moves…

Though, after a pause for response, she giggles and drops her seriousness completely. She had told Justin that she had had a surprise little series that Honoka had suggested after career day, though he probably hadn’t expected all of this to be packed in her bag when she arrived at his apartment today. “So, what do you think? Honoka had suggested that each subunit do a little spoof off of something for videos on our channel, and, since she loved me in this outfit so much, she decided that Printemps should be,” cue cute yet totally serious pose, “Cutie Police! Defenders of Justice and Peace! Fighting crime is a piece of cheesecake!” A pause, before another laugh, “Th-The last bit is my catchphrase; the girls thought it suited me well~ Though I’m also the Captain, and I don’t know how well that’ll do…”

Ever since Kotori showed up, Justin had been curious as to what had been packed away in that bag of hers. Sure she had brought over overnight bags and bags full of fabric before. Yet when she told him that it was neither of those he had wanted to peek inside of that bag. Now that he was looking at it, he couldn’t help but smile as Kotori pointed a water pistol at him while wearing a cop outfit. It was amazing how she could turn a uniform of law and authority into such a cute get-up. He raised his hands as he chuckled alongside her as she explained the whole idea between each sub-unit of the idol group having some kind of special theme.

That catchphrase was something else though. He could help but let out a little snort as she confidently rattled it off while striking a pose. It certainly suited her alright. He collected himself quickly afterwards, only to chuckle yet again. “Fighting crime is a piece of cheescake...” He mumbled to himself shakily as he continued to chuckle. “That’s gotta be the cutest thing I’ve ever heard.” Justin added on as he brushed a tear out of his eye. He straightened himself out as he took a deep breath to compose himself. 

Justin had always wanted to take part in after school activities. It was the hallmark of every high school experience. Justin always dreamed that he would be on either the basketball or volleyball team if he had more free time. Hell he even considered picking up an instrument like the trumpet or saxophone and joining the music club. So when his schedule cleared out for the month and his class decided to participate in the cultural festival, Justin was excited to finally be able to experience the high school student dream.

However; when his class decided on what they were going to do, his dream quickly turned into a horrid nightmare. His class had decided to put on a recreation of the classic hit, “The Beauty and the Beast”. By this point Justin was still excited, he imagined himself being a stagehand or someone to help change the scenes when the curtain dropped, or maybe even make some props... NOT being one of the most important characters in the play! Yep, Justin’s class had decided that Justin should be the one to play the role of the one and only, Gaston. While that was enough to send shivers down his spine, his heart went cold when he remembered that he had a bit where he had to sing. He could hear the laughter now...

Normally Justin would’ve given up in the face of a task like this, but Justin was determined to see this through and to make his class proud. Besides, Justin kind of had a plan. He always knew that you should never be afraid to ask for help, and Justin was going to do just that, and he knew the perfect person to turn to in this situation. Justin tried recording a voice message to send to them, but he deleted it every time because he didn’t want to sound too desperate, but time was of the essence since he only had THREE WEEKS to memorize his lines and to learn how to sing. This was the do or die message.

“H-hey Kotori..! It’s Justin.! Umm, Hope your day’s going well right now! I know you must be busy with schoolwork and idol practice right now, but I-I’ve got a problem and I really need your help. P-promise you won’t laugh at me when I say this, but I n-need to learn how to sing by the start of November. I don’t want you to feel like you have to, but you’re the only person I can really turn to. I-If you can, could you stop by my place? I’ll explain everything then. B-bye!”

Normally a visit to this park was nothing all that exciting. He normally showed up with coach to run laps, take a breather under the tree they were currently sat under, do some stretches, and then run back home. Yet the fact that he was here now with Kotori made this experience one for the books. From having a grand time on the swings, to their trail hike, stopping by a fishing dock and even being offered some fresh fish, and just oodles of other joyous activities. It truly was a remarkable experience made all the better by the fact he was with the greatest girlfriend of all time. 

On their way to the tree, however; Justin spotted a beautiful light pink flower that just screamed ‘Kotori” and as they walked by Justin did his best to fluidly pick the flower and hide it as they continued their walk. Justin just had to wait for the right moment to try and surprise Kotori with it in a special way, so when he saw her dozing off against the tree he knew he had found the perfect opportunity. He tried to gently place it in her hair but knew he was being far too clumsy the moment her heard Kotori giggle; he was just the worst with surprises. Nevertheless he placed the flower in her hair, smiling as Kotori poked at the flower and asked how she looked.

“You look as beautiful as ever Kotori. I can’t keep my eyes off you.” Justin replied, trying to sound as sappy as possible. Sappy or not, it was the truth and she was absolutely stunning when it came to both her looks and her personality. He’s said it time and time again, but meeting Kotori was like winning the lottery and he wouldn’t be the same without her.

Justin couldn’t help but plant a light kiss on her forehead before gazing at the beautiful scene before them. If he didn’t know any better there were camera’s somewhere recording them for a new rom-com or something like that. Well, as long as he got to spend time with Kotori then it didn’t matter to him.

2: My friends. Be it IRL or online I love spending time talking with my friends. I love seeing them and it’s always a fun new experience every time that we chat

3: Gaming. Kind of an extension of the last point; while I enjoy gaming in general it’s even more fun when I’m playing with friends because we can joke about lots of things and have a good laugh together

4: Volleyball. While I’m not built to play competitively, I love playing volleyball and I’m not too sure why? All I know is that every time I step on the court all of my worries melt away and everything seems so bright!

“Testing testing. 1, 2 , 3. Is this thing on? Oh my what a marvelous stage! My body is shivering with anticipation at the mere sight of how much entertainment there is to be had!”
