Just touching base! I am spending my limited social media time on instagram @unbridledego and @richardusmaximus

This is my conditioning as of November 23. I have switched my training mode to focus on slow and steady growth, consistent conditioning, and lean mass. I am very doubtful I will ever do an "off-season" weight gain or bloat. My cardio consists of 3-6 miles a day and interval training on the Skierg. Anyway, just a little update.
