New Years Eve was just wonderful,

Oscar came over the night before, we got wagamama take away and I must say the packaging was exceptionally good looking which pleased my eyeballs very much so! 

We are the King and Queen of COSY, a  right pair of sloths. 

We were meant to go out for dinner that night but we had it in bed instead which suited me just fine.

Before we left for the days adventure Oscar pulled out a surprise present for me and I was absolutely chuffed to bits. It was so so thoughtful, I could see he had really been listening to me. He got me a brown leather notebook which reads GET ON WITH IT. So fitting for the new year :) 

The following morning we hit up The National Portrait Gallery to see the new Taylor Wessing exhibition. I loved wondering around with Oscar picking out our favourite pieces and laughing inappropriately now n then. 

In Trafalgar square there was a street artist scrawling poetic notions in chalk. It looked and sounded beautiful when read in ones head with the light and shade that hung in great contrast.

We then went to the oldest patisserie in London called Maison Bertaux. It’s the cutest little place in soho. Oscar knows the owner, they had a catch up and he ordered coffee for us both. We then sat outside and nattered the afternoon away.
