I don’t go out, I don’t hang out, I-I only cameo ut tonight to maybe have sometihng cool happen to me! But all of a sudden you came here, talked to me and I don’t know what to do! I-I wanna talk to you but I’m too scared to mess up! ANd…I think I might have a crush on you! THERE I SAID IT!!!!”

“Are you gonna cry? Dude you came out to have something cool happen and you told your crush that you have a thing for her. Give yourself a little more credit. If you want a relationship to work though you gotta put in the effort and that means going out there and actually dating. What’s your dream date Neet boy?”

“Wow. This is kinda weird to hear from a hot girl! No one’s ever taken the time to really talk to me. Well except my party, though they’re pretty annoying.” He said before scratching his chin.  “The perfect date...lets see...I usually think just going out with a girl seems perfect to me...” He lied. He would ALWAYS want to have a date be at the beach for...obvious reasons. But he couldn’t tell her that.

“That’s a compliment from a woman! Hell yeah! I’ll take it!!!”

“Dude I am always down to hang. You like clubbing? Or are you more of a gym rat? Come on give me some things you like.” Yang had no trouble making friends. It came easily to her. She feared nothing and that included social confrontation.

Did she seriously just ask the obvious scrawny, socially inept NEET if he went clubbing or was a gym rat? Okay. How was he gonna talk his way out of this one. Well she had an amazing body, and had social skills to boot. He had to be careful or he might look like a creep. “Uh...C-Clubbings not my thing...I usually like to--” He stopped for a moment and thought. He couldn’t say playing video games right? What if she thought he was weird. Better lie. “I’m uh...I’m more of a independent uh...game dev so I’m really busy?...Ehehehe...”

“Hey buddy I hope you know I am a trained huntress. If I could hear a Grimm stalking me from twenty feet away I could hear you call me hot. Thanks for the compliment.” Yang had heard the guy and being a super tough guy was not what she wanted in a relationship because that role was taken by her.

“I-Is this a conversation I’m having with a girl??” He thought to himself as he felt his heart beat rapidly his lack of social interactions is something that he didn’t think he’d EVER experience outside the casual ‘can I barrow a pencil’ or a ‘Ew weirdo’ from most chicks.  “Uhh...nice meeting you...did you wanna...maybe h-hang out?”

“Is this… really for me?” she was flattered that this neet would consider giving her something expensive. “You didn’t steal this from someone else just to give it to me, did you?”

“No no. I had to actually save up and give each of you girls a gift. I didn’t know what you wanted so I guessed either alcohol or jewlery, so bam. There you go...though thinking about it I should have stolen this...” He groans in anger as he didn’t think about that at the time.  “What ya think?”

“Okay. Now what?” and she also had her hand waiting for something to receive.

“Ehhh? This cost me a LOT of cash so you better be greatful.” He said as he soon gives her a necklace, It was silver and had a blue water drop shaped crystal at the end of it.  “You’ve been a big help to me at times so I decided to treat ya. Happy Valentines day you moron.”

“I’m glad you like it. I expect that you give me some chocolates too in White Day~”

“You got it!!” He gives her a huge thumbs up while he soon decided to give her something in return. “In fact. Aqua san. Close your eyes and put your hand out.”

Cool It Now

Kazuma fell back. Upon further inspection, he was actually a scrawny young man who was more prone to fear than to fight. He looked up at the blonde and stood up straight. “Sorry sorry! I-I didn’t mean to…er…I mean It’s good that you liked the compliment but um…l-let me try again, Hi! I-I’m single–ERR S-SATOU! SATOU KAZUMA!!!”

“You okay there buddy? I’m Yang Xiou Long. I see you have fallen for me” She giggled at her own terrible pun and offered the poor guy a hand up. She had the strength to spare to lift his scrawny form up with one hand. This guy clearly has not talked to a girl and got a date in the same conversation. There was way too much yelling. It reminded her of how Ruby made friends.

Great, It seems as if she probably thought he was a loser. He immediately turns his head and just waited for her to insult him and leave him alone like what most girls did. “J-Just get it over with. Call me a NEET and a creep or whatever and I’ll leave you alone...”

“Grrr…” He soon lets her go and turns his head. “Fine fine…I can’t get mad at you when you make that dumb face…you know, for an Arch mage you’re really not the brightest…seriously, 

“And same goes for you, friend.” She smirked, knowing they’ve just insulted each other.

He growled at her as he took her hat off. But soon he reaches down to the top of her head and gives her a light pat. “Alright. Come on. Let’s go home eh?”
