Okay but like, can we talk about the Red Robin comic run where Tim Drake goes looking for Bruce and everyone and there not dead mother decided that "hey his crazy", where the F--k is Jason!
Like, I know that Jason was probably still in his villian arc and all that jazz but I don't doubt for a second that, if anyone would have believed Tim that some who was thought to be dead WAS ALIVE, it would be Jason.
And adding to the fact, even Jason as a villian, would have dropping everything he was doing, put grudges aside, moved hell on earth, to find his father Bruce.
It would have helped Tim, it would have helped Jason; as characters and as brothers. The growth that was given between Dick and Damien be given aswell between Jason and Tim.
To know that even though they are different from what the world has accepted, they were not alone.
They didn't have to be alone.
Heck, it would have given a more explanation as to why Tim wears the Red Robin costume to begin with!
There's a point here, it would have been a great followup to Jason's appearance in Robin: Search for Hero (the Robin tie in for Batman RIP)
In it, Tim is dealing with a lot of things, robberies, gang wars (I think there might have been some terrorism too), and Batman is nowhere to be found (see Batman RIP) leaving him holding down the fort effectively on his own (yes, Nightwing is around, but he has his own problems to deal with)
Specifically on that gang war front, he also has to deal with Jason basically unifying all of the gangs, and when confronted Jason shares his plans

In fact, he invites Tim to join him in executing his plans of starting a gang war. Of course, Tim is not willing to join at all since these are not methods he's willing to use, but even if Jason knew Tim would refuse him, he still offered and was still open about his plans, which he didn't need to do.
And then later when Jason is arrested, Tim comes and visits him in jail.

Jason here straight up praises Tim and tells him he did a good job handling the everything, and Tim gives him an override code for the Justice League teleporter to get him out of jail.

And when Jason does break out, he and Tim both follow up on each others injuries (showing that even if they pretend not to, they care about each other to some extent), and Tim lets him privately receive his message from Bruce.
Tim's main motivation is because Bruce would want Jason to get a second chance, but these interactions could have laid the groundwork for Jason joining Tim in searching for Bruce during Red Robin, and for their relationship to develop positively from this point.
Of course, then Battle for the Cowl happened and Jason was too far off the deep end for him joining Tim to even be considered, but if it weren't for that, the idea of Jason joining Tim to search for Bruce might very well have been reasonable.

Wait! I can actually contribute to this conversation because I'm kind of in middle of reading that arc (approximately halfway through RR but the way things are going I think that specific arc is ending soon)
Let's start with the obvious reason Tim wouldn't want to go to Jason - Jason just tried to kill him:

(I know they're both wearing batsuits, but trust me the one in the foreground is Tim and it's Jason in the background)

And as Tim points out here, the only reason Jason didn't finish him off is because he thought he did (and got really close to it)
Secondary reason for why Jason can't be involved with Red Robin is because he's busy being villain-of-the-arc in Batman and Robin (2009) (specifically the second arc) (definitely the much weaker reason of the two considering that they could have had a different storyline)

Now to be a little more clear about the actual scenario going on with Tim, we should establish that he was not emotionally stable and heavily in the denial stage of grief

That doesn't mean he was wrong about Bruce being alive (as seen later he was) but he didn't exactly arrive to that conclusion in a rational matter

So it wouldn't be like he would have any actual evidence to come to Jason with to convince him that Bruce was alive to get him to help him.
If Tim did have any evidence before leaving Gotham he probably would have told Dick about it in this scene:

And even if Jason might be one to believe that people thought dead could be alive, he'd probably still need a sliver of evidence beyond Tim just refusing to believe it.
Now as for the meaning behind the Red Robin costume, well Tim tells us himself:

As a little more background, the last person to wear the Red Robin costume and assume the identity before Tim was a villain he had to fight during the last arc of Robin (1993)

So the Red Robin costume is less about the any legacy (such as Jason having worn it in the past), and more about it not being Robin, about it being disconnected from Batman and the code that comes with being affiliated with Batman, especially because the last person to wear it was a villain. It doesn't come with the same set of morals that the Robin costume does, and it's part of his entire mental-emotional justification for the extreme acts he takes, and it makes it that much harder for him to hold himself back (which to his credit he does manage to do to an extent - he never kills, even with the assassins he was working with constantly pushing it)

Since I briefly showed off Oracle games Zelda's design in Pinkie's reference sheet, here's this. I was trying to figure out how I wanted to draw Impa, and then Zelda showed up, and then they were so majestic in the wind that I just had to draw Pinkie being not-so-majestic lol
