Learned my lesson

We've been having issues with a room mate (who also happens to be one of my co-workers) and in my human flaw, discussed her with another room mate. I vented in the form of back-biting only to find out she was home the entire time and most likely heard all of it. I know back-biting is a sin and causes harm and pain so please make du'a that at least this leads to positive changes in both of us and that we learn and grow from it as well.
