Being 28 & Living with MS

When do we get a break? Those of us with degenerative diseases never get a break from what's happening with us, but our friends only seem to reach out when they need something, but suck at being there when they are explicitly needed. Some family members are always there, and others there only when convenient for them. As for significant others...it's stressful and seems thankless, but they will always be our #1 supporters--but at what point do they want to quit? I need some feedback and help before the meltdown turns into an eruption!
